I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at Hotel Villa. The room was clean and modern, and the staff member who checked me in, Mr. Faez, was kind enough to let me check in early. The location was also great, with attractions just around the corner. Despite the busy city, it was easy to find. The air conditioning worked well and the bedsheets were freshly changed. The front desk staff, especially Lyn, were friendly and made the check-in and check-out process hassle-free. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Villa and would recommend it.

There were a few small issues during my stay. Upon checking in, the room was a bit messy and the curtains were not properly installed.

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I liked that the rooms were clean and didn't look outdated. the staff, specifically Mr Faez, was kind enough to let us check in early as our room was already prepared. the location of the hotel was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It was also easy to find parking, which is always a plus.

the water dispenser in the hotel needs to be fixed as the hot water was not hot enough.

The staff, including the girl who worked the night shift and the girl named Lya in the morning shift, were all friendly and respectful. The room was clean and didn't look dated, providing great value for money. The hotel's location was convenient and easy to find, with attractions just around the corner. the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location were the best aspects of our stay.

Noise from the corridor was a bit disturbing. Room cleanliness could have been improved, found hair on the floor.

The bathroom wall tiles in some rooms have a little mold due to dampness.
